Hello, everyone. My name is Jade Reyes, owner of Body & Soul Fitness. I am the father of two, a 16 year old son and a four year old daughter. I do my very best to let clients know that they, too, are part of my family.

My GYM is a welcoming place, and overall, I want everyone to feel at home and have a nice experience.

My experience and expertise include;
1 - Personal Training,
2 - Core Conditioning Strength Training
3 - Dance Aerobics, Pilates, Cycling, Water Aerobics, Yoga, Kick-Boxing, and Massage Therapy.

My main goals are to help people improve their physical health and well being.

I will not lie to you, results here are not given, they are EARNED!
