Body & Soul Fitness is a state of the art Fitness and Training Center in the heart of the Central Valley! Located just minutes from Modesto, our facility features 9,500 sq feet of training space, four restrooms, one private shower and plenty of gated on-site parking.

Body & Soul Fitness is a strength and conditioning program managed by Jade Reyes, Certified Trainer and SGX Coach.

Our programs are designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of athletic experience.

Our Cross Training/Boot Camp workouts are short duration but at high intensity. They will take you out of the routine and out of your comfort zone, getting into a routine is the enemy!

Body & Soul Fitness features a daily WOD (workout of the day) for all of our classes. The clients come in, and as a group, we go through our warm ups, explain and demonstrate the WOD… Then it’s 3, 2, 1 GO!!!

Our workouts are different every day. The workouts are programmed for the week and balanced out to perfection. On an average, there can be from 1 to 10 exercises in a WOD, and you will not see the same routine for 2 to 3 months. The workouts are in group settings and our trainers are there for instruction, technique, motivation and inspiration.

The unique thing about Jade’s workouts are that you do not have to be there training for hours. The workouts could be as quick as minutes, depending on your fitness level, progress, and the given workout for that day. The average workout typically lasts from 45 minutes to 60. The camaraderie with the other clients is amazing. You build a strong bond with the people that are going through the same struggles as you are.
